Entrepreneur Stands Up to FBI, Leaves Agents Humiliated in Intimidation Attempt

I know very little about Jeremey K. Kauffman. He is described as an “American entrepreneur and activist best known for founding and directing the blockchain-based LBRY file-sharing project.” Kauffman has also been a vocal activist and supporter of the Free State Project. He is a former member of its board.

Has he said anything on Twitter to upset the class that is always triggered? Searching for him on Twitter would indicate that some have called him a “pedophile”, but my reading of the interaction makes me believe that his comments were just outlandish.

I won’t endorse the guy’s views or opinions, but I will say that he uploaded an epic video on Monday in which he humiliated FBI agents who had come to his house to intimidate him because of what he said.

The agents’ shame and defeat seemed to show that they were aware of the fact that they were weaponizing our law enforcement agencies and not working to protect the American public.

Watch:

When Kauffman demands their names and credentials, the two alleged FBI agents clam up. Wouldn’t you show your ID and state your full name if you were conducting a real investigation? “We are here to speak to you about the threatening remarks you made against So-and-So,” for instance.

But they didn’t. The agents, who, as my co-worker noted, “look and dress like Bros just off the job at Costco ?”–” hemmed and hawed, deflected, and seemed to be dishonest.”

Kauffman also noted that they seemed to be in a state of humiliation. He wrote, “You can feel the shame in their eyes.” Why shouldn’t Kauffman be punished unless it is proven that he made threats or broke the law? He can make controversial remarks, according to the First Amendment. The Federal Bureau of Investigation shouldn’t visit him for deviating from “The Narrative.”

I found the most telling moment when Kauffman asked, “Didn’t you guys read your Constitution?” Their response: “Thanks for your time.” They then scurried off like embarrassed children caught stealing cookies from the cookie jar.

Kauffman said, “You guys are embarrassing.” Again, they had no response.

Kauffman’s libertarian views have made him enemies, but so what? According to the First Amendment, this is not illegal in America. He should be able to express his views without fear of the Biden-Harris DOJ coming knocking on his door.

What I can see is that he has just given a Master Class on what to do when you are being targeted by the Thought Police — videotape everything. The humiliated faces of the FBI agents tell me everything I need to learn; they know that they aren’t seeking justice but only intimidation.
