A property management company in Aurora, Colorado that manages several buildings taken over by Venezuelan Tren de Aragua members is now speaking out. The company took to X and described how the buildings had been invaded by illegal alien gangsters, and how tenants fled and were assaulted.
Gangs have taken control of several of our properties in Aurora, Colorado.
In an attempt to discredit this fact for political purposes and avoid governmental accountability, some have spread false information about our situation. Let’s set the record straight…🧵 pic.twitter.com/Df9XMkwNtX

The thread begins with a powerful affirmation that we all knew and that some in the government and legacy media tried to minimize: Gangs are now in control of entire apartment blocks. The company acquired these buildings in 2019 and began renovations on the rundown properties.
We started managing these buildings when new owners acquired the Colorado properties in 2019. At the time, the properties were in poor condition, and our mission was to renovate them, thereby increasing their value. This was an ambitious project that would significantly benefit… pic.twitter.com/xnExrt46ZK

So far, so good, right? A responsible property management company will do this. Renovations are made to a property if it needs them. This increases the value, brings in a better tenant, and makes the place more comfortable. This is not what happened here; not after illegal immigrants started to concentrate their efforts on the house and eventually took it over.
After some time, we noticed a rise in crime and tenant complaints. The most alarming moment occurred when our local CBZ representative was attacked at the end of 2023.
He had gone to inspect a recently vacated three-bedroom apartment (a rare occurrence for such a large unit)… pic.twitter.com/VkzMwmlixA

Take a look at these images. This was not just an assault, but a brutal beating by gangs who had illegally taken over the property.
It didn’t end there.
After the attack on our CBZ representative, he began getting threatening text messages. We also frequently found people illegally occupying newly vacated apartments during scheduled tours. This was initially attributed to an influx of migrants exploiting squatter laws. We even… pic.twitter.com/OVMk5qhHgQ

It is unclear how they obtained the phone number of this representative. It’s possible that the number was available on the website of the management company if it was a business phone. It’s a different story if it was a personal number. In either case, the threat was made directly to the person using the telecom system. This is now a federal matter.
As we’ve already reported, tenants and squatters paid rent to the gang.
When confronted, many of these illegal tenants and squatters claimed they had already paid rent, which we soon realized was true—but not to us. They were paying rent to a different entity.
To address this entity (gangs) we contacted every city official we could think of for help… pic.twitter.com/EGW3DSAdqD

The property management company began to complain, having lost faith in the local government. The local authorities have arrested a few gangsters, but overall the problem remains.
Once we fully understood what we—and our tenants—were facing, we expected a swift response, with the city offering meaningful resources and police protection—perhaps even from the National Guard—to help us regain control of our properties. That never happened. Instead, we were… pic.twitter.com/2pqC2wCrx5

We expected that once we understood the situation, and our tenants, the city would respond quickly, offering police protection, perhaps even the National Guard, to help us regain our control over our properties. This never happened. We were helpless as we watched violence, bullets, and destruction destroy our buildings. Our tenants, many of whom were legitimate, fled in fear. Many city officials refused to acknowledge the crisis despite its obvious nature. They blamed us instead, citing “code violation” as the reason to shut down our property – violations we couldn’t fix for tenants that weren’t ours.
This is unacceptable. We must also note that the traditional media has been downplaying this ever since.
In my former life, I taught root cause analysis to many large corporations. Many of these names are familiar. My hard and fast rule for root cause analysis states that the root cause will always be found when someone or a group of people make a decision. It doesn’t necessarily mean that the decision made was bad. The information at the time may have been sufficient to make a rational decision, but problems later developed. In this case, however, the decision was taken in January 2021 when Joe Biden signed the executive orders that effectively opened the border and undid Donald Trump’s policies on the border. Illegal immigration was already a problem, but policies of the Harris/Biden government have made it explode.
The mess in Aurora is only one of the disastrous consequences of that bad decision. The root cause of this tragedy can be attributed to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the “Border Czar”.
