Harris Campaign Nervous to Use Tim Walz—For a Surprisingly Amusing Reason

While Donald Trump’s running mate, JD Vance, has been crisscrossing the country with numerous events and interviews, Kamala Harris’ potential VP, Tim Walz, has been notably sidelined. Despite a few awkward teleprompter readings, Walz hasn’t done a single interview or press conference.

This is a notable departure from the usual way vice-presidential nominees operate. They are supposed to be a dog of attack. Someone who can go into the den of lions and fight. Vance has shown he’s capable of doing that. Walz, meanwhile, is making videos about “white guy tacos” and staging the Dorito runs at gas stations. It’s strange, to use a term the Minnesota governor loves.

It’s funny and telling. A new report sheds some light on the reasons why Walz was so restricted.

What about Tim? Harris World is working on a solution to the problem of how to use Tim Walz in the media. Sending him to big solo interviews could lead to him not knowing where Harris stands on each issue. Someone pointed out last night that Harris speaks about the “opportunity economic,” but would Walz be able to define it if asked?

Consider that. Kamala Harris is so vague and unclear about her policy positions that even her running mate does not know where she stands. Walz is still not able to be trusted with interviews, even though the presidential ticket has been together for over a month. What would be different if this was a Saturday Night Live sketch?

But here’s the thing. Kamala Harris doesn’t know where she stands either. It’s not surprising that her website doesn’t have a platform for policy even though the Democratic National Convention has ended. She’s a terrible politician who hides behind a teleprompter and doesn’t have a single policy other than supporting abortion up until birth. All else depends on her opinion of what will win her an election.

In the article above, Walz is said to be incapable of defining “opportunity economies,” but I would bet that Kamala Harris also cannot. This is nothing more than a slogan designed to stir up emotions in people who vote based on vibes. The empress is naked. Behind the Harris campaign’s facade, there is nothing. The campaign is being driven by a biased media that has embraced the “joy”, “brat”, and “brat” gambit.

I’m a natural cynic, so I can’t tell you that it won’t work. Harris’ bubble-wrapped campaign has certainly gotten her a lot to this point. But I am hopeful that the house-of-cards could fall. Harris and Walz must eventually do interviews. The two will need to debate. Off-script moments will occur. The voters will be able to see how pitiful this presidential ticket is.
