Imane Khilif of Algeria who allegedly has male XY chromosomes and competed in the Paris Olympics against other women to win gold has filed a claim with French authorities claiming that author J.K. Rowling and tech billionaire Elon Musk are involved in a cyber-harassment campaign.

Khelif caused controversy after she defeated Italian fighter Angela Carini in 46 seconds. Khelif, Lin Yu-ting, and the International Boxing Association failed to meet the gender eligibility test before the Olympics.

The DNA test results proved that these athletes had XY chromosomes. Kremlev said that such athletes would be banned from competition.

Khelif was awarded gold for defeating many female competitors. J.K. Rowling, Elon Musk, and prominent accounts on X all strongly criticized Khelif’s participation. Others incorrectly characterized Khelif as “transgender.”

Variety reports:

The complaint includes a list of controversial personalities.

“J. K. Rowling, Elon Musk, and others are listed in this lawsuit,” he said, “Donald Trump would be included in the probe, and will be investigated regardless of whether he is named in the suit. ”

The lawsuit could “target personalities overseas”.

Boudi said that the prosecutor’s office for online hate speech could request mutual legal aid from other countries.
