Media’s Propaganda Ramp-Up: Time Magazine’s Soviet-Style Cover Stars Kamala Harris

Even though we’re used to seeing corporate lamestream media shamelessly promote the Democratic Party, sometimes their propaganda can be so blatant that it makes you want to scream. The fawning fangirl treatment of the Time Magazine cover, and the accompanying article is so outlandish that it makes you wonder if the piece was put together by adults and not teens.

Check out this beautiful portrayal of Democratic Presidential nominee Kamala. Did the artist confuse her with Tulsi Gabrield, as the poster of the tweet noted?

You might think, “I’ve seen similar posters before.” Ah, yes. In the former Soviet Union.

Journalist Glenn Greenwald did not feel a thrill in his leg.

You will cringe more when you read the article. This article reads like it was written by a Swiftie who is ecstatic after a show.

The music evoked a Beyonce show. The bracelets that lit up evoked memories of the Eras Tour. The exuberant crowd, more than 14,000 people strong, lined up in the rain, reminded me of Barack Obama’s early days. In a Philadelphia stadium on August 6, Vice President Kamala was welcomed with an unprecedented reception for a Democratic candidate. As drumlines roared, fans crammed into overflow areas and waved homemade signs made from glitter and glue. The cheering continued for more than a full minute when Harris announced her new running partner, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

The article, titled “The Reintroduction Of Kamala Harris,” is similar to other headlines, stories, and articles in newspapers, magazines, and websites across the country. They try to portray a candidate who has been reborn and transformed from an ugly caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly.

Here’s the truth: nothing has changed about this woman in the last 22 days. Not her record, her cringeworthy mannerisms or her lack of achievements as vice president. The media seems to be in lockstep, pumping out stories after stories about how competent and exciting she has suddenly become.

It can sometimes feel as if we are living in North Korea, or the former USSR. Most of the major media outlets are openly agitprop machines. By the way, I would be equally disgusted if a media outlet treated a Republican in such a fawning manner; that is not journalism, but fan fiction.

Back in the old days, I liked Time Magazine. Then I remembered: What the left touches, they ruin.
