There seems to be more shit being dropped in the Paul Pelosi DUI Case in Napa County.
The husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.CA), had been taken into custody just before midnight on Saturday. Pelosi was in an accident with another vehicle. He was not hurt but was charged with driving while under the influence and driving with blood alcohol levels at or above 0.08.
For some reason that hasn’t been fully explained yet, it took law enforcement officers more than four hours to book him after he was arrested. He wasn’t booked until 4:13 a.m. Was he resisting a breathalyzer? Causing a problem? Were they debating whether or not to charge him? It’s not clear. And if he was still blowing more than 0.08 after that time, what was he like at the time of the crash? He was released about three hours after he was booked on $5000 bail.
There is now more information. Pelosi was drunk when he drove his 2021 Porsche through a stop sign that crossed State Route 29. Pelosi then drove directly into the path of an oncoming car driven by Jesus Lopez (48-year-old).
It took place approximately five miles from the Pelosi winery, St. Helena. Nancy Pelosi claimed she wasn’t there along with her husband but that she was visiting Rhode Island to give a commencement speech at Brown University.

CBS News was informed by a representative from Pelosi that the man was at Oakville’s dinner party up to 10:15 p.m., and then drove the short distance home alone. He was fully cooperative and the processing of his case took until Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m.
“Fully cooperative?” I would like to hear what the arresting officers have to say about that because I have never heard of it taking 4 hours to book someone who was cooperative.
One vineyard owner who lives nearby told DailyMail.com the couple often blocks the road with their convoy of blacked-out SUVs when they come to town, but that they didn’t see anything this weekend.
There was speculation that Paul might have been at the Bottle Rocks Festival, where Snoop Dogg was performing.
‘It probably tracks more with the younger Paul,’ the neighbor said, referring to the couple’s 53-year-old son, Paul Pelosi Jr.
‘I wouldn’t be going to the kinds of fundraisers and parties they go to.
‘I don’t like them very much or find them very interesting,’ the vineyard owner said.
According to neighbors, the Pelosi family throws lavish parties for Silicon Valley executives, of course, there are no conflicts of interest to do with the parties.
Nancy Pelosi isn’t talking about her husband’s arrest. She has no problem going after anyone and everyone else, but his arrest, which she’s calling a “private matter.”
