Rebellious NYC Borough Winning Against Biden’s Illegal Hordes

Everyone knows the Biden administration’s suicidal immigration policy — which basically boils down to “let ‘er rip” — is unsustainable and is destroying the country. But with its iron-fisted enforcement of far-left speech and social codes, Big Left has so far kept the lid on the simmering resentment.

Even in the Big Blue Apple Mayor Eric Adams is committed to facilitating the transplantation into his city of the entire Third World. His greatest act of resistance has been to whine about how the federal government needs to send him more taxpayer money to supplement the $12 billion (!) of New Yorkers’ taxpayer dollars he’s spending on the aliens.

The situation is highly unstable, both in New York City and throughout the United States. Sooner or later there will be a massive outburst of genuine resistance. Staten Island is one of the dark blue boroughs in New York City. On Tuesday, the resistance won a court case with a resounding victory.

The fight erupted over the summer when Adams decided to move Biden’s army of asylum scammers into a closed Catholic school in low-density Arrochar. He had promised that the school would be reopened as a school by the city. Staten Island, the most reddish of NYC’s blue-colored boroughs rose up in opposition to the plan.

The pressure increased as large protests filled the streets around the shelter. Ten people were arrested, and one officer was injured slightly during a Staten Island protest… against the arrival at a local refuge of a bus of migrants.

Nicole Malliotakis of Staten Island, a Republican U.S. representative from NYC who represents a diverse group of immigrants, expressed the anger her constituents felt: “We have [legal] immigrant groups from around the world living in my district. They are the most outraged.” Why? They sacrificed a lot. They followed the rules. They waited for their turn. She fumed Wednesday morning on Fox5 NY’s “Good Day New York” that they did everything right and now see a group coming into the community taking taxpayer resources. This was a school with 1,000 seats that was supposed [for] an overcrowded system. It was taken from the community. Now, our national parks are being taken from us. This week I was in an assisted living facility with a 95-year-old veteran, and seniors who were evicted from the facility. The organization that ran the facility, Homes for the Homeless cut a deal to convert it into a shelter for migrants.

Adams’ suicidal “migrants-first” policy is a result of his absurd reading of New York’s “right of shelter” policy. The policy was based on a 1981 ruling and intended to help New Yorkers in need of shelter as they battled the AIDS crisis. NYC Adams, however, decided that it applies to everyone from around the world who wants to stay in his city. He thinks that it also covers food, clothing, transportation, education, social services, and so on.

Malliotakis, along with other Staten Island Republicans, sued the city and won a major victory on Tuesday. Staten Island Supreme Court Judge Wayne Ozzi ordered that the migrants be removed from the building.

The victory could even have fatal implications for Biden’s no-limits-on-immigration policy all across big, blue New York State:

This type of successful revolt is extremely dangerous for the globalist forces that are trying to bury America under an army of invaders. Other cities will follow suit if they hear about it. NYC is not the only city where residents are tired of being treated as if they were a welcome mat to illegal aliens.

It is also dangerous because the victory gives Americans a morale boost. They are tired of their government supporting an invasion. And there is a major election coming up.
