Rachel Mitchell of the Maricopa County attorney general announced at a press conference on Wednesday that she would not release Raad Almansoori, a 26-year-old man, to authorities in New York City. Mitchell said it was safer for the public if he remained in Arizona than to risk his release by Bragg.
