Actress Busy Phillips was one of 181 people who were arrested during a protest against abortion in Washington, DC.
Police detained the Girls5eva actress, aged 43, for blocking traffic at the U.S. Supreme Court, along with a few Planned Parenthood leaders.
The police filmed taking her away while she was wearing a shirt that said: “I will aid & abet abortion.” Since June 24, when Roe v. Wade was overturned, protesters have gathered at the court precinct each day.
Phillips claimed that she was taken into custody under the guise of equality in a video shared on social media.

As she was led away and cuffed, the crowd cheered her on and said “Thanks for your service.”
On an episode of Busy Tonight Phillips stated, “I had an abortion when I was 15 years old and I’m telling you this because I’m genuinely really scared for women and girls all over the country.”

Philipps addressed the issue later in an Instagram post, in which she shared videos and photos of her arrest.
“I’m doing it for you guys”. She wrote, “I’m doing it for my children, my mom, and my grandma.”
Phillips described her own efforts as “an act of peaceful civil disobedience,” saying the intention was “to let lawmakers but more importantly, the people who will be most impacted by this outrageous decision, know that we will not back down, we will not give in and we will not stop fighting until there is equality for all Americans.”
According to People Magazine Rep. Judy Chu and the actress from Orange Is the New Black star, Alysia Reiner were both taken into custody.

According to her post, Busy Philipps was reportedly accompanied by Planned Parenthood leaders.
Speaking on her Instagram story on Thursday, Philipps said: “I’m doing this for you guys. I’m doing this for my kids, I’m doing this for my mom, I’m doing this for my grandma.”
It sounds like old Busy Phillips has been way too busy for her own good and has drunk way too much of the woke Kool-Aid. She protested and got arrested for her kids, her kids should be thanking their lucky stars that she did not kill them before they had a chance at life. Phillips had an abortion and now she is considered a murderer in my eyes and I am sure a lot of other Americans’ eyes. Just because she had an abortion when she was 15 years old doesn’t mean that other young girls should have abortions. Everyone should have to pay for their actions and give these unborn defenseless babies a chance to live. The options are simple for women they can put the unwanted baby up for adoption, take birth control, or keep their legs shut. I can’t understand how these women can even think that killing an unborn child is okay, it is murder period.
