Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, had a great comeback on Wednesday when former supporters of the Bronxdale high school in the Bronx, New York, shouted her down at her town hall.
AOC was criticized by leftists who were present and took aim at her incompetence in office. Although she was criticized for running as an outsider, she is now voting to support war mobilization in Ukraine, bringing us closer towards nuclear war.
One of the men shouted, “Tulsi Gabbard showed courage where you have shown cowardice.” “I believed in your character and you became what you wanted to fight against,” one of the men shouted.
What was her response? “You are being rude.”
Talk about a poor response.
They are right that she hasn’t been consistent in her positions. She’s been far more focused on her celebrity and the left isn’t happy with that when they thought she was going to be a standard bearer for the progressives/socialists.
Notice how many empty seats there were at the town hall. It doesn’t seem like she has many supporters, aside from the guys who shouted at her.
The left continued to attack her, citing her words that protest was to make people uncomfortable.
It is only rude when she is nailed for hypocrisy.
AOC’s hypocrisy was also discussed by some on the right. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R.CO) stated that she did not spend much time with her constituents, and that they only reminded her of how she sold them out. Boebert stated that she ran as an outsider, and has since become #SandyPelosi.
AOC was furious and claimed that she had not received any corporate cash. She also holds many town halls.
Town halls can be held, but if you refuse answer the questions asked what good are these town halls? Her leftist supporters are clearly not happy with her, and she is not helping the situation.
Some people even questioned the claim regarding corporate cash.
It is important to note that the contributors are individuals working for these corporations.
It seems that her meltdown has only made it more difficult for her to get along with the people on the left.
