Harmeet Dhillon founded the Center for American Liberty (CAL) and announced that the United States had filed its first lawsuit against medical staff for providing surgical and medical gender transition services. Named are the providers who prescribed cross-sex hormones, and puberty blockers, and performed double mastectomies on Chloe Cole while she was still a minor. Cole, now 18, is a vocal de-transitioner. She speaks at rallies for ending the medical and surgical gender transformation of children.

Dhillon and Cole announced the lawsuit on Tucker Carlson Tonight Thursday evening. Cole shared the story of Cole’s treatment for gender dysphoria by doctors and how she was able to counsel her parents. Carlson described how the gender clinics that offer medical and surgical transition for children are beginning to close. After Matt Walsh’s investigative journalism at The Daily Wire, Vanderbilt University Medical Center has suspended operations at their pediatric gender clinic. After a lawsuit, the UK’s Tavistock gender clinic closed. Additional parents have brought lawsuits against Tavistock since the judgment. Carlson stressed that litigation stops mutilation.

Carlson then asked Cole why she was suing. She replied, “It’s a case of medical malpractice.” Because I am horrified at what happened, I want to hold those responsible. It didn’t just happen to me. It’s the worst thing.” Cole is as outspoken as she can be as a transgender activist, but she also knows the harassment she will face and the criticism she will face. To see the vitriol of trans activists, you only have to look at Cole’s Twitter timeline and the comments she left on videos of herself speaking. Transgender children are courageous, strong, and celebrated. When they openly discuss their regrets or the journey to becoming their biological sex, they are often harassed and demeaned.

Chloe said, “It’s happening all over America, all across the West, and it is spreading all around the globe.” Cole explained to Carlson that she began her transition at age 13. Carlson asked Cole whether she believed her doctors when she was told she could be a boy. She replied that she believed the doctors and that her parents believed it too.

Cole was 12 years old when she became transgender after having felt confused about her gender since she was nine. Cole informed her parents and her pediatrician that she was transgender. The family then sought professional help. Without asking any questions about her mental and emotional health, doctors immediately confirmed her desire to become a man. The Notice of Intent To Sue states that Cole was also diagnosed with ADHD and Disruptive Behavior Disorder. The Kaiser Permanente Network physicians are the subject of the pending lawsuit.

Cole answered Carlson’s questions about her treatments. She said, “When was 15 years old, I had a double mastectomy. They took out both my breasts and I will never be able to have them back. I won’t be able to breastfeed any children as an adult. Because I was only 13 years old and put on testosterone and puberty blockers, I don’t know if I’ll be able to conceive naturally. As a child, I made an adult decision.

Cole said that she is now devastated by the events of her treatment. Cole says she is struggling to cope with the loss of her feminine body and other unanswered questions. Cole claims she also has health problems related to the treatment she received. She describes herself as “quite sickly” and says she has high levels of red blood cells due to taking testosterone. This condition increases the risk of death, heart disease, and cardiovascular disease.

Cole has other irreversible physical characteristics than the double mastectomy. According to the filing, Cole’s voice has a decreased pitch and isn’t as feminine. This greatly troubled her. Her female physical attributes, including her breasts, were affected negatively. This caused her severe emotional distress. Cole is also distressed about possible future health issues related to cross-sex hormone therapy.

Carlson was clearly frustrated and asked Dhillon why Cole’s death could have been legal. She replied, “The Center for American Liberty,” which is representing Chloe, believes it to be illegal.” The filing claims malpractice and mutilation and is based on Cole’s complete failure to inform her parents. It is also rooted in the available research. We intend to stop it and want to hear from others who are experiencing these issues. These unnatural and barbaric practices will be stopped.
