John Durham appeared before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, and there was no shortage of information coming out of the chamber.
But there was another epic moment Wednesday when Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA) questioned Durham and used the opportunity to utterly embarrass Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA), and Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) over their repeated spewing of misinformation regarding the Mueller Report.
Durham focused his investigation on the Crossfire Hurricane Probe which was launched to investigate allegations of collusion by former President Donald Trump and Russia. Robert Mueller, the Special Counsel, released the Mueller Report.
Durham concluded that the investigation was based on inaccurate and questionable information.
Kiley was not about to forget the fact that his fellow congressmen continued to spread debunked conspiracy theories and mislead Americans.

Rep. Kiley (California): Mr. Durham. Lieu called you a partisan hack. Lieu called you a partisan hack.
It seems that they are more interested in the Mueller report than you because it concludes that the Trump campaign didn’t conspire or coordinate with Russian officials to carry out their election interference activities.
The conclusion reached by Schiff is in direct contradiction to the statements made by these representatives. Schiff said that in 2017, and 2018, the Russians had offered assistance, the campaign had accepted it, the Russians helped, and President Trump took advantage. Schiff stated that there was ample evidence of collusion.
Mr. Durham, are those statements supported by the conclusions of the Mueller Report?
John Durham: I don’t believe so.
Boom. Kiley could have stopped right there because he basically just got the Special Counsel to call out Schiff for, shall we say, not telling the truth. But Kiley wasn’t done fileting the mendacious representatives:
Rep Kiley: Mr. Nadler stated It’s clear that the campaign concluded [I think he meant to say “colluded”], and there’s a lot of evidence of that. The question is, was the President involved? Mr. Nadler also said there was obviously a lot of collusion. Mr. Durham, were those statements supported by the Mueller report?
John Durham: I don’t believe they’re supported by the Mueller Report.
Rep. Kiley: Mr. Lieu stated in a press release in March of 2017, the bombshell revelation that the US. Officials have information that suggests Trump associates may have colluded with the Russians means we must pause the entire Trump agenda. We may have an illegitimate President of the United States currently occupying the White House.
Mr. Durham, did the Mueller report establish that we had an illegitimate President occupying the White House?
John Durham: Not to my knowledge.
Nadler Liu, and others, are full of it.
You can’t expose the sheer audacity of congress members pushing the false collusion narrative, however, without making a fool out of one of the worst of the lot, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA):
Rep. Kiley: Mr. Swalwell stated in 2018 that in our investigation we saw strong evidence of collusion. Did the Mueller Report support that there was strong evidence of collusion?
John Durham: I don’t know.
Why not stop now? Kiley hit Nadler again:
Rep. Kiley. Nadler said we were here only because of recent indictments against President Trump.
John Durham: Yes, you’re right.
California voters gifted Congress with Kiley. Normally California sends intellectually-challenged hacks to Washington like Schiff, Lieu, and Swalwell, but Kiley proved to be a fighter, willing to confront the lies told by his colleagues.
It’s satisfying to watch these conspiracy theorists live before Americans.
